What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders, while an additional charge of INR 99 will be applied for all COD orders.

How long will it take for the order to get to me?

For prepaid orders, it takes around 5-7 business days, and for orders with COD, it takes approximately 7-9 business days to reach you.

My order has been dispatched. How can I find it now?

• You will get an email with your order's details and tracking information once it has been sent.

• 24 hours after your purchase leaves our warehouse, you may check on the progress of your shipment.

What is the process for delivery?

• Your items are meticulously examined to guarantee they are in great condition after our system has processed your transaction.

• After passing the last round of quality inspections, they are packaged and given to our reliable delivery partner.

• The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. If they are unable to deliver to the address you specified or at the scheduled time, they will get in touch with you to work out a solution.

What can I do if the delivery of my purchase is delayed?

We will make every effort to deliver your items to you by the scheduled delivery dates. Please contact us at info@themiraclehub.in if the product has not arrived at your address by the scheduled delivery date. We will do our best to support you.

What is The Miracle Hub's return/replacement policy?

For all orders, our products are returnable and exchangeable only in case of damage. It’s important for you to record a one-minute 360 degree unpacking video. Based on the video, we accept requests for returns and replacements.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Order cancellation is possible until the point of shipping preparation. As long as the cancellation option is present on the website, or mobile site, you can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been sent out or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order is prepaid, the refund would be generated within 3-5 business days.

What is your refund policy?

We don’t have a refund policy. We only provide replacement in case of damages.

All crystal products are handmade and may differ from the image in terms of size, weight and color. Natural stones may come with minor scratches, inclusions or imperfections. These are not manufacturing defects.

Since our products go through 4 step cleansing process. Hence, they are non returnable.
